I have worked in the area of Employment Law for some twenty-five years and for those intending
to use my services I will operate a free no-obligation 45 minute legal clinic on Saturday mornings
or during an evening to discuss cases (subject to availability, subject to an appointment
being made and subject to my having not more than 20 pages in advance).

I know that most people have commitments during the day in the week.
This discussion can be by phone if preferred.

Like all barristers I am subject to the rules and requirements of the Bar's Code of Conduct.
The Bar Council's Direct Public Access rules have been brought in to extend the provision
of barristers' services directly to the public and to save costs.
I believe that the direct access scheme can result in people fighting cases more cheaply
and more effectively. This is the point of the direct access scheme.
